Processing Engineer工艺工程师

职责描述：
1.Development
Prepares  production  processes  for  improvement  of  existing  processesfor  implementation  of  new  products.  Executes  processproduction  line  optimizations.  Prepares  functional  specificationsrequirement  specifications  for  machinesequipment  for  production  of  new  products  in  coopera-tion  with  specialist  departmentsexternal  companies.
2.Production
Working  with  team  members  to  ensure  daily  safestable  operation;  Analyzefix  process  in-stability  on  daily  operations  with  each  function  in  plant;  
Writemaintain  work  instructionsupport  operations  for  efficiency  improvement;  
Maintainimprove  OEE  to  meet  exceed  operationplant  goals;  Follow  up  machine  downtimework  with  engineering  to  ensure  machines  in  good  condition;  Follow  up  daily  performance  to  de-tect  root  causesmake  improvement  plans;  Involvesupport  internal  project  implementation  to  support  project  success.
3.Lean  manufacturing
Support  5SLean  implementation  in  plantexecute  regular  audit,  work  with  other  departments  to  find  out  potential  improvement  opportunities  as  well  as  summarizing  achievements  to  share  with  functions;  Organize  5Slean  knowledge  training  for  staffslean  methodsproblem  solving  deployment  in  plant;
4.Assist  cold  repairhot  repair  to  ensure  all  processes  safelysmoothly;
5.Support  new  product  trialcollect  new  product  trial  data  for  further  analysis;
6.Performs  other  duties  as  assigned.

任职要求：
1.Bachelor  degreeabove,  major  in  Manufacturing,  Industrial  EngineeringMechanical  Engineering
2.Minimum  of  3  years  experiences  in  production  department;
3.Good  lean  manufacturing  knowledge  is  needed;
4.Good  communication  skills;
5.Basic  English  in  speakingwriting;
6.Good  knowledge  of  MS  Office.
