生产主管

职责描述：
1.Managesupervise  team  members  to  ensure  safestable  operation  as  well  as  conducting  disciplines  inspection  in  shifts;
2.Follow  up  product  quality  as  well  as  making  necessary  adjustment  to  ensure  production  output,  fix  process  instability  on  shift  operations  with  other  functions  in  plant;
3.Responsible  for  leadingmanaging  shift  people  to  handle  any  emergency  casesabnormal  cases  in  Batch  house,  Tank,  Post  processing  to  ensure  continuously  production,  e.g.  power  off,  line  breakage…
4.Implement  daily  checking  to  ensure  shift  people  works  on  the  track;
5.Organize  shift  change  meetingassess  shift  people  performance  regularly;
6.Responsible  for  leadingmanaging  shift  people  to  implement  autonomous  maintenance  to  en-sure  each  equipment/machine  in  good  conditionensure  work  with  Engineering  dept.  to  imple-ment  preventive  maintenance;
7.Responsible  for  GMP/5S  /Lean  implementation  in  shop  floor;
8.Ensureoversee  training,  refresher  trainingskills  certification  for  shift  people  as  well  as  providing  support  to  them  on-the-job  training  
9.Assist  cold  repairhot  repair  to  ensure  all  processes  safelysmoothly;
10.Performs  other  duties  as  assigned.

任职要求：
1.College  degreeabove,  major  in  Manufacturing,  Industrial  EngineeringMechanical  Engineering
2.Minimum  of  3  years  experiences  in  production  department;
3.Production  line  management  experience  of  more  than  30  people  with  adapting  to  work  under  pres-sure;
4.Good  problem  solving  skills;
5.Adapt  to  the  shift  workwilling  to  work  in  high  temperature  working  environment;
6.Good  lean  manufacturing  knowledge  is  preferred;
7.Basic  English  in  speakingwriting;
8.Good  knowledge  of  MS  Office.
